ザ・クロマニヨンズ (THE CRO-MAGNONS) will release their nineteenth studio album, Hola! Leopardo, on January 20, 2027. Its twelve tracks include “ジョニー・エスプレッソ” (“Johnny Espresso”), which arrives as a single on December 16. The album is scheduled in CD and limited vinyl editions. The Japanese announcement also confirms a 48-show tour running from Hiroshima on February 4 to Okinawa on June 26.
Formed in 2006 by vocalist Hiroto Kōmoto and guitarist Masatoshi Mashima after their years with THE BLUE HEARTS and THE HIGH-LOWS, THE CRO-MAGNONS have kept their rock-and-roll partnership active through a steady succession of records and concerts. Hola! Leopardo follows 2025’s JAMBO JAPAN and coincides with their twentieth anniversary. Five early albums also return on vinyl on November 4. Sony Music confirms the tour, linking the next chapter directly to the band's live tradition.
