Lilas Ikuta (幾田りら) will sing “時が止まった日” (Toki ga Tomatta Hi), a new song written for the Japanese–Korean television drama Merry Berry Love by SEKAI NO OWARI. It will be heard for the first time in the series’ second episode on October 14.
Fukase wrote the lyrics, while Fukase, Saori and Nakajin composed the music. The band already performs the drama’s main theme, “Supermarket”; this time, its songwriting enters the story through Ikuta’s voice. The official announcement confirms the television premiere, but gives no standalone release date.
