Ado will release “Raven Sky” on October 16, one week before Takashi Miike’s film Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo opens in Japan. The Japan–US production stars Shun Oguri and Lily James.
Masa Takumi composed and arranged the song, with lyrics by Seann Bowe and Kanata Okajima. According to Universal Music, “Raven Sky” pairs Japanese and English lyrics with a rock arrangement and takes its imagery from a raven with a broken wing. PODO illustrated the single’s cover.
Universal Music Japan’s announcement confirms the release and credits.
