ZUTOMAYO (ずっと真夜中でいいのに。) has released “akanesasu” (あかねさす頃) on October 8, ahead of its LEGACY ZOMBIE LABO Bunka Denrai Nara performances on October 10 and 11.
The new single, akanesasu, arrives alongside an official music video. The two concerts take place at the historic Heijo Palace site in Nara, with doors scheduled for 3:30 p.m. and performances at 5:30 p.m. on both days. The event's official website frames the performances around the cultural history of Japan's former capital.
That setting gives the song's release an unusually specific context: a new ZUTOMAYO track arriving just before a concert conceived as a conversation with Nara's past.
