When you visit J-POP streaming, technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website may be processed by the website, its hosting provider or infrastructure providers involved in operating the service.

This processing is based on J-POP streaming’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
Cookies and administration access
The public website does not currently set cookies for ordinary visitors. The private Backstage administration area uses first-party authentication and security cookies for authorised users. These cookies are required to maintain an authenticated session and protect administrative actions. They are not used to track public visitors for analytics or advertising purposes.
Communications
J-POP streaming does not currently provide a public contact form. If you contact J-POP streaming by email, the information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address and the content of your message — is processed for the purpose of responding to your request.
This processing is based on J-POP streaming’s legitimate interest in managing correspondence and responding to enquiries. Messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the correspondence and any related follow-up, unless a longer retention period is required for legal reasons.
Analytics, advertising and embedded third-party content
The native J-POP streaming website does not currently use audience analytics trackers, advertising trackers or embedded third-party players or social-media scripts on its public pages.
Pages may contain ordinary links to external services such as official artist websites, streaming platforms, social networks or video services. J-POP streaming does not embed those services in the page. If you follow an external link, your visit to the destination service is governed by that service’s own privacy policy and terms.
Who may receive your data
Personal data may be accessible, where necessary, to the publisher of J-POP streaming and to hosting or infrastructure providers required to operate, deliver, secure or maintain the website.
J-POP streaming does not sell personal data.
Data retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security requirements of the website and the relevant infrastructure providers.
