千葉雄喜 (Yuki Chiba) released the 17-track album ◯ (En) on October 23. Its circle-shaped title carries several Japanese meanings, including 縁 (en, a connection) and 円 (en, a circle). Graffiti artist TOMI-E drew the circle on the cover in a single stroke.
The record brings together encounters across borders: Juicy J joins “Stanley Kubrick”, Diplo produces “ArigaThanx”, and DRAM appears on “Kawasaki”. It also includes “Shinukaikiruka” (死ぬか生きるか), previously released as the ending theme for Steel Ball Run: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Japanese digital retailer OTOTOY confirms the album's scope and concept.
Chiba previously recorded as KOHH and drew international attention under his own name through “Team Tomodachi” and Megan Thee Stallion's “Mamushi”. On En, those wider connections become the album's central idea.
