前川一派 (Maekawa Ippa), the duo formed by MAZZEL’s RYUKI and STARGLOW’s GOICHI, released its debut digital single IPPA on 11 October 2026. The song “IPPA” had been unveiled at BMSG FES’26 the previous evening. BMSG describes its sound as electronic hip-hop with trap and rage elements.
Directed by Hideyuki Tanaka, the official “IPPA” video draws on Japan’s kaido racer custom-car culture to imagine an alternative youth for the duo. Actual customised cars, period-inspired school uniforms and Tokyo street settings ground an increasingly fantastical journey.
